Born

Kristen Born, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant at Tru Medical in the Bed–Stuy neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. 

Kristen initially began her education at Bucknell University, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She then continued to Drexel University, where she obtained her Master of Health Sciences – Physician Assistant (PA). Throughout her career as a PA,  Kristen has worked in pediatrics, internal medicine, and sexual and reproductive health. Kristen’s true passion is sexual and reproductive health, and she is thrilled to be working as a gynecology provider at Tru Medical. 

Kristen is committed to providing high-quality, empathetic, patient-centered care. She believes that her relationships with her patients are as important as the evidence-based medicine she provides. She is excited to have the opportunity to provide inclusive care to all patients at Tru Medical.
